This article describes the evaluation for Project Same Page, an intervention aimed at enhancing the knowledge of the complex issues surrounding attachment among child welfare workers and other human service professionals. The purpose of the study was to investigate whether ratings of brief exposures to ‘non-verbal’ and ‘non-verbal plus verbal’ behaviour could successfully predict on-the-job performance in a call centre.
