The objective of the study was to determine the anticancerous efficacy of Ayurvedic preparation made of Semecarpus anacardium (SA) nuts. Five groups of rats were used for the study. Development of a biological kit for scavenging silver ions from electroplating industrial effluents
Efficient bioscavenging of silver ions from the industrial effluent is possible by firstly running the industrial effluent through the column loaded with modified biological material Albizia lebbeck pod shells powder or rice bran and then from the column loaded with the immobilized viable cell biomass of cyanobacterium.
