The Structure and Context of the Urban Growth Coalition
This article examines the perception of local chambers of commerce regarding the urban growth coalition, and compares their observations with those of contemporary urban theorists. The chambers perceive the developmental community as dominated by business groups associated with land‐use intensification and by elected officials.
