    본 연구는 베트남 시장에서 급성장하는 블라인드 박스 마케팅의 심리적 메커니즘을 규명하고자 한다. 구체적으로, 중국산 블라인드 박스에 내재된 긍정적 불확실성과 사회적 영향이 베트남 MZ세대 소비자의 구매 만족도 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이 과정에서 소비자 적대감의 조절 효과를 검증하는 것을 목표로 한다. 소비자 행동 이론과 심리적 저항 이론을 바탕으로, 베트남 MZ세대 소비자 318명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 수집된 데이터는 정량적 분석 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 긍정적 불확실성과 사회적 영향은 구매 만족도와 재구매 의도에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 흥미롭게도, 베트남 소비자들이 중국에 대해 지닌 부정적 인식에도 불구하고 소비자 적대감은 두 독립 변수가 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 조절하지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과는 베…
