Children's Wild Food Intake and Recognition in Inland and Coastal Southeast Tanzania
Association of Internet Use Frequency and Purpose with Subjective Well-Being in Japanese Older Adults
The association between patterns of internet use for older adults’ well-being is unclear. We examined the association between the frequency and purpose of internet use and subjective well-being in older Japanese adults. We analyzed cross-sectional data from 2343 community-dwelling older adults (aged 65–84 years). Subjective well-being was measured using the World Health Organization Well-Being Index as a continuous score, and internet use was cat…

The first characteristic of the moral economy is that it emphasizes human reproduction. The second characteristic is the importance of informal institutions for people's livelihoods. Comparing these characteristics with endogenous development theory, it has similarities with…

From the lessons of aid in the past and the limited capacities of governments in recipient countries, program aid has been advocated as an alternative to project aid. Especially in Africa, the application of aid approach has become a choice between program or project aid in the progress of the Sector Wide Approach and Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper. This paper redefines the concepts of program and project aid by re-thinking development aid in th…
