La bañera de La Mata (Campanario, Badajoz)
Este trabajo tiene como objetivo recuperar una bañera inédita encontrada durante las excavaciones de 2000-2001 en la ‘Casa aristocrática’ de La Mata, en Campanario, Badajoz, fechada en los ss. VI-V a. C. Buena parte de los fragmentos de dicha pieza aparecieron en niveles muy alterados en diferentes épocas, lo cual generó dudas sobre su cronología. Thermal impact of Heinrich stadials in cave temperature and speleothem oxygen isotope records
During each Heinrich stadial (HS), temperatures in southern Europe typically dropped several degrees during several hundred to few thousand years. We have developed a one-dimensional thermal conduction model that transfers the typical surface temperature anomaly of a HS to a series of hypothetical underlying caves. We provide high-resolution paleoproductivity data for the Holocene in the Eastern Equatorial Pacific (EEP). We describe the coccolithophore assemblages at Ocean Drilling Program (ODP) Site 1240 located in the Panama basin. Coccolithophore assemblages are proposed as a productivity proxy and nutricline position for the tropical Pacific Ocean. Our proxies can be used as a tool to reconstruct the El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO), the main factor …

Past sea surface temperature (SST) evolution in the Alboran Sea (western Mediterranean) during the last 50,000 years has been inferred from the study of C 37 alkenones in International Marine Global Change Studies MD952043 core. This record has a time resolution of ∼200 years allowing the study of millennial‐scale and even shorter climatic changes.
