  • Nature-centric housing

Open Access•Matt Pritchard, Marzia Briel et al.•ARTICLE•Planning Theory•2026

The UK Government plans to enable construction of 1.5 million homes in the next five years in one of the most nature-depleted countries in the world, enabled by a Planning and Infrastructure Bill. Ministers assert this will be a ‘win-win’ for housing and nature, but major wildlife organisations reject this claim based on the prospect of weaker nature protections. • Trust, Integrity and the Weaponising of Information

    Open Access•Mark Field, Sue Roberts•ARTICLE•Journal of Contemporary European…•2020•Citada por: 1•Referências: 14

One of the great issues for governments and related organisations everywhere is that of staying close to their citizens and maintaining accountability through the provision of accurate, trustworthy and complete information. • An Unruly World

Andrew Herod, Gearoid O Tuathail et al.•BOOK•Unruly World?•2002

An Unruly World explores the diverse conundrums thrown up by seemingly unruly globalization. Examining how fast transnational capitalism is re-making the rules of the game, in a wide variety of different places, domains, and sectors, the authors focus on a wide range of issues: from analysis of 'soft capitalism', and the post-Cold War organizational drives of international trade unions, to the clamour of states to reinvent welfare policy, and the…
