    On the archaeological site on the necropolis of the Ancient Salona, skeletal remains of 25–34 years old male were found. On the left lower leg, there were extensive pathological changes that were manifested on tibia and fibula as thickening of the bone shafts and fusion of these bones by calcified fusiform mass.     Skeletal remains of 35 individuals from the Croatian excavation site Kamen Most – Kaldrma from the fourteenth to fifteenth centuries were analyzed anthropologically. Due to specific skeletal characteristics, eight of them were analyzed in great detail in this study.     During the anthropological analysis of skeletal material dated in the 16th-19th century from St Katarina monastery in Split, a female skull with occipitalization of atlas has been found. Anterior part of atlas and foramen magnum were fused, with numerous perforations on auricular surface of atlas.
