This study investigates the historical development and legal reception of the term ‘design’ within the context of Korea’s Design Protection Act. The current law, renamed in 2005, was previously known as ‘Uijang-beop’ (意 匠法), a title inherited from Japanese law during the colonial period. A new palaeolithic locality, the Sannori Site, was discovered in the course of excavating the features of Bronze Age and later Joseon period in the Nonsan City area. 이 연구는 북한에서 “뜻과 획의 예술”로 표현되는 서예서체가 어떠한 시각문화적 특성을 띠는지 북한의 서체 이론을 분석해 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 북한의 서체는 1980년대 이후에 구체적으로 서체 이론이 형성되어 개념과 유형이 체계화되면서 지도자 필체의 중요성이 부각되었다. ‘백두산 3대 장군’의 필체에서부터 ‘서사체’의 범주를 포괄하는 서예서체는 주민들의 생활 곳곳에 배치되어 북한만의 독특한 시각문화 경관을 조성하는 데 기여하였다. 그리고 사회주의적 내용을 민족적 형식에 담아내는 ‘주체미학’의 연장선상에서 당의 목소리는 서예서체로 시각화되어 대중에게 전달되었다. 오늘날 북한의 서체는 700여 종에 이르며 다변화되고 있다. 북한의 서예서체를 분석하는 것은 변화하는 북한 시각문화의 흐름과 경험을 해석해내는 데 하나의 단초를 제공한다
Evaluation of the Impact of Activated Biochar-Manure Compost Pellet Fertilizer on Volatile Organic Compound Emissions and Heavy Metal Saturation
