Kit de ferramentas “Direito é Qualidade” na avaliação de serviços de saúde mental

Objective: to map how research using the “QualityRights” toolkit to evaluate mental health services is conducted. Methodology: scoping review guided by the Joanna Briggs Institute, following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis Extension for Scoping Reviews checklist. With searches carried out in 22 databases, 27 results were selected and organized, based on the structure of the studies to present how to use the toolkit for evaluating health services proposed by the World Health Organization. Results: the search results express the multicentric perspective of the instrument, production is found in 45 countries, in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Europe. These are mostly local studies, which use the five themes and three proposed tools, predominantly carried out in asylum institutions. The recommendations are systematized in dialogue with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Conclusion: in order to have robust analyses, it is necessary to characterize the sociodemographic profile of the reference population and to analyze in an intersectional manner the inequalities, discrimination, violence and multiple and interdependent violations experienced by the population with mental health problems and resulting from drug use
