Projections of disability-adjusted life years for major diseases due to a change in vegetable intake in 2017–2040 in Japan
Our analysis indicates that increased vegetable consumption would have a significant reduction in the burdens of CVDs, cancer and DKDs in Japan. The gap between scenarios provides some quantification of the range of policy impacts on future trajectories of salt intake. Populations living in more affluent areas, despite low general mortality, still have many preventable deaths such as colorectal cancer. 本研究では時代差を考慮した上で佐賀県在住の高齢者も加齢に伴う身長の減少が認められるか否か, また, 身長が減少するとしたら身体のどの部分がどのように減少し影響をもたらしているのかについて検討した。その結果, 身長は男(0.19cm減少/年), 女(0.41cm減少/年)共, 時代推移に伴う変化が観察され, 女性においては主として加齢により年0.29cmの減少が認められた。頭頚部高は男女共に変化を示さず上肢長及び下肢長は男女共に時代に伴う変化を示した。躯幹長に関しては男女共に時代推移に伴う変化が認められたが女性では加齢に伴い著しく小さくなり, 身長の減少に大きな影響を及ぼしていた
