Pregnancy Discrimination Is a Family Affair
Research consistently finds that workplace discrimination is harmful for employees. However, less is known about how these stressful experiences may affect employees' family members. Gender and Ethnicity in Dating, Hanging Out, and Hooking Up
We examined the scripts associated with heterosexual Hispanic and White young adults' most recent initial sexual or romantic encounter using two samples of heterosexual undergraduates: 224 Hispanic students (49% female) and 316 White students (51% female). In this qualitative study, we examined the sources and nature of social support reported by 24 gay, bisexual and queer Hispanic college men at a small liberal arts college and a large university in the USA. How Gender-Role Salience Influences Attitude Strength and Persuasive Message Processing
We conducted three studies to examine the relationship between gender and persuasion. We tested the notion that making gender roles salient affects the strength of individuals’ attitudes and the way they respond to persuasive information.
