Outreach and Inreach Strategies for Colorectal Cancer Screening Among Latinos at a Federally Qualified Health Center
Objectives. To compare usual care, inreach consisting of one-on-one education, mailed outreach offering a fecal immunochemical test (FIT), and a combination of outreach and inreach for promoting colorectal cancer (CRC) screening. The Spring Queen pageant and the postapartheid archive
This paper considers how an archive of the “Spring Queen” pageant of clothing and textile workers of the Cape Flats of Cape Town can be examined for insights into the past and present lives of those oppressed by apartheid. It considers further the idea of the ordinary archive and peripheral narratives as entrypoints into how we may yet understand self-representation and freedom in post-apartheid South Africa

Reflecting on a body of family photographs from forcibly removed ex-residents of Roger Street, District Six, Cape Town, I shift frames, from aesthetics to restorative justice, to open a set of questions around trauma, memory and freedom in the aftermath of oppression.
