    This 6-month randomized controlled trial compared TEAM, a group intervention to reduce stroke risk versus a 6-month wait-list control in Black men with stroke or transient ischemic attack. The primary outcome was the change from baseline to 6 months in systolic blood pressure (SBP). There were 160 randomized, N = 78 to TEAM, N = 82 to Waitlist, mean age 61.2 ( SD 9.5).
