  • An integrated health sector response to violence against women in Malaysia

    This paper describes the practice of female circumcision among Muslims in Kelantan, Malaysia. A convenience sample of 262 pregnant women admitted to the labour ward of the University Hospital were examined clinically and later interviewed using a questionnaire.
