Suicide Risk Among Cannabis, Heroin and Cocaine Users
Individuals who use substances such as cocaine, cannabis, heroin, alcohol and nicotine are at increased risk for suicidal behavior. To navigate the storm of conflicting information about the danger posed by this new disease, countries sought guidance about when and how to respond to it. This study aimed to characterize the network structure of pandemic grief symptoms and suicidal ideation in 2174 people from eight Latin American countries. Pandemic grief and suicidal ideation were measured using the Pandemic Grief Scale and a single item, respectively.
