Abusive according to whom? Manager and subordinate perceptions of abusive supervision and supervisors' performance
Recognizing that supervisor–subordinate dyads exist within a broader organizational hierarchy, we examine how the individual's role within the organizational hierarchy influences perceptions of abusive supervision.
