Time distribution of CHW activities
20 of the 72 active community health workers (CHWs) in 1 community health program in Kenya were randomly selected for observational visits in an attempt to assess the proportion of time spent on curative versus preventive activities by CHWs. Each CHW was notified of the visit as a supervisory visit without reference to observation.
