This article examines the motivations that drive Rwandan diasporans in Kenya to oppose their country's peacebuilding efforts. As findings indicate, many Rwandan Hutu and Tutsi diasporans in Kenya oppose Rwanda's post-genocide peacebuilding process mainly due to the authoritarian governance of the current regime.
