Situational' Interactions - A Worthwhile Concept
Frank B. Miller's "‘Situational’ Interaction"—a Worthwhile Concept?" uses me as a foil to justify his position that what he calls situational interactions are a necessary addition to methods of describing interaction. Since the author says that I "led the way in considering originating or responding as the only way in which an individual may participate in interactional events," perhaps I may be permitted to comment on Dr. Miller's paper
