Recent studies with samples of homosexual men have demonstrated that drinking in conjunction with sexual activity is strongly related to unsafe sexual activities known to increase the risk of AIDS transmission. A Dynamic Analysis of Educational Attainment
This paper traces the educational attainment experiences of a cohort of young men in the Pacific Northwest between the ages of 16 and 31. The experiences of this cohort reveal that a college degree is the net result of movement through a complex series of steps. We traced the movement of the cohort through these steps andfound that completion of a college degree and graduate school attendance required success at every stage in the process. In oth…
