    이 연구는 한국 축구 승강제 K7 리그 선수들이 자원을 매개로 서로 간에 맺는 교환관계를 밝히는 데 목적한다. 연구 수행을 위해 2023년 G시 권역 K7 리그 참가 선수 7명과의 인터뷰 자료를 수집했으며, 질적 자료 분석 절차를 따라 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, K7 리그 참가자들이 인식한 비용으로는 ‘선수의 비용’과 ‘팀 임원의 비용’이 도출됐으며, 보상으로는 ‘신체적 보상’, ‘심리적 보상’, ‘사회적 보상’이 도출되었다. 둘째, K7 리그 참가자들이 경험한 권력관계는 ‘경기 수행 능력에 따른 권력 재편’, ‘팀 헌신에 따른 권력 재편’, 그리고 ‘자본에 의한 권력 독점과 권력 이득’에 의해 형성됐다. 셋째, K7 리그 참가자들은 불균형한 권력관계에서 벗어나기 위해 ‘욕구의 포기’, ‘대안적 관계 형성’, ‘지위 부여’ 전략을 사용했다. 이 연구는 K7 리그 참가에 …
