The socioeconomic trajectories followed during early adulthood contribute to inequalities in cardiometabolic health by age 24 years
The newly identified 'Part-time Employment' trajectory showed the least healthy cardiometabolic profile. Further research should focus on this group to understand the exposures contributing to poor cardiometabolic health in this sector of the population

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on cardiovascular disease prevention and corresponding geographical inequalities in England
Hypertension and AF detection and management were disrupted during the COVID-19 pandemic. The disruption varied considerably across diseases and geography. This highlights the utility of administrative and geographically granular datasets to inform targeted efforts to mitigate the indirect impacts of the pandemic through applied secondary prevention measures
Mental and social wellbeing and the UK coronavirus job retention scheme
During the early stages of the pandemic, those furloughed had increased risk of poor mental and social wellbeing, but furloughed workers fared better than those who became unemployed, suggesting that furlough may have partly mitigated poorer outcomes
