De Facto State Foreign Policy “Social Moves” in Abkhazia and South Ossetia

We find much of interest, and little to disagree with, in the commentaries on our article. We take issue only with the suggestion that our article was provocative and submit that the attempt to understand the use of stimulants as smart pills does not imply an endorsement of the practice

The data are used to answer questions relating to the accessibility and utilization of VA and non-VA health services. The purpose of this study is to group hospital-based home care (HBHC) patients homogeneously by their characteristics with respect to cost of care to develop alternative case mix methods for management and reimbursement (allocation) purposes.
