Women Entrepreneurs and Leadership
The purpose of this study is to empirically explore women's empowerment across different cultures. The main objectives are to assess the role of government intervention, in the form of policies and regulations, in promoting women's entrepreneurship. We know that there are cross-cultural differences in psychological variables, such as individualism/collectivism. But it has not been clear which of these variables show relatively the greatest differences. Reducing the Ecological Impact of Field Research
Researchers and students at biological field stations, especially in remote areas, are subject to leaving “footprints,” as we conduct research, work, and live in sensitive ecosystems.
