Beyond Belief
Many Byzantine texts describe encounters between individuals and the ancient statues – of which hardly any still survive – once displayed in Constantinople. Two premises have consistently informed study of these statue stories: that they provide access to Byzantine “beliefs”; and that they exhibit no aesthetic engagement. Workplace factors related to health care leader well‐being in rural settings
PURPOSE: To examine which workplace factors contribute to health care leader well-being in rural settings. METHODS: Working with two rurally focused organizations, we administered a Rural Leader Burnout survey to executive leaders.
