  • Ethical leadership and nurses’ job performance

Open Access•Xingxing Liu, Fang He et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Public Health•2025

Background Ethical leadership is crucial in nursing management, and self-compassion is increasingly recognized as a significant factor influencing nurses’ job performance. Although the link between ethical leadership and nurse job performance has been established, the specific mechanisms that underlie this relationship remain unclear. Additionally, there is a paucity of research examining the potential role of self-compassion in this context. Thi…

  • Self-compassion and work engagement among clinical nurses

Open Access•Xingxing Liu, Fang He et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Public Health•2025

Background As the workload of clinical nursing continues to increase, the mental health of nurses has emerged as a critical area of concern. Self-compassion, moral resilience, and work engagement are essential components in enhancing the mental health of clinical nurses. Although it is well-established that self-compassion significantly contributes to improved work engagement, there remains a notable lack of research investigating the specific me…

  • Time Lag Analysis of Atmospheric CO2 and Proxy-Based Climate Stacks on Global–Hemispheric Scales in the Last Deglaciation

    Open Access•Zhi Liu, Xingxing Liu•ARTICLE•Quaternary•2025

Based on 88 well-dated and high-resolution paleoclimate records, global and hemispheric stacks of the last deglacial climate were synthesized by utilizing the normalized average method. A sequential relationship between the West Antarctic Ice Sheet Divide ice core CO2 concentration and the composited proxy-based global–hemispheric climate stacks was detected using the Wilcoxon rank-sum test and wavelet analysis. The results indicate that the clim…

  • Transportation development paths in 30 provinces of China in the context of carbon quota allocation

Open Access•Keke Ji, Qing Yang et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Transport Geography•2025

  • Evaluation of freight restructure to reduce carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta

Open Access•Xingxing Liu, Yongjie Meng et al.•ARTICLE•Environmental Impact Assessment…•2025•Referencias: 47

  • The Sihailongwan Maar Lake, northeastern China as a candidate Global boundary Stratotype Section and Point for the Anthropocene series

    Open Access•Yongming Han, Zhaolong An et al.•ARTICLE•The Anthropocene Review•2023•Citada por: 4•Referencias: 65

Sihailongwan Maar Lake, located in Northeast China, is a candidate Global boundary Stratotype Section and Point (GSSP) for demarcation of the Anthropocene. The lake's varved sediments are formed by alternating allogenic atmospheric inputs and authigenic lake processes and store a record of environmental and human impacts at a continental-global scale. Varve counting and radiometric dating provided a precise annual-resolution sediment chronology f…

  • Hydroclimatic changes in south-central China during the 4.2 ka event and their potential impacts on the development of Neolithic culture

Open Access•Tianli Wang, Dong Li et al.•ARTICLE•Quaternary Research•2022

The 4.2 ka event is widely presumed to be a globally widespread aridity event and has been linked to several episodes of societal changes across the globe. Whether this climate event impacted the cultural development in south-central China remains uncertain due to a lack of regional paleorainfall records. We present here stalagmite stable carbon isotope and trace element–based reconstruction of hydroclimatic conditions from south-central China. O…

  • Risk identification of major infectious disease epidemics based on complex network theory

Open Access•Lingmei Fu, Qing Yang et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of Disaster…•2022

  • Exploring Factors Influencing Scenarios Evolution of Waste Nimby Crisis

Open Access•He Ling, Qing Yang et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of…•2021

As the impact factors of the waste Not-In-My-Back Yard (NIMBY) crisis are complex, and the scenario evolution path of it is diverse. Once the crisis is not handled properly, it will bring adverse effects on the construction of waste NIMBY facilities, economic development and social stability. Consequently, based on ground theory, this paper takes the waste NIMBY crisis in China from 2006 to 2019 as typical cases, through coding analysis, scenario…

  • Hydroxypinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucoside from Valeriana officinalis L. Is a Novel Kv1.5 Channel Blocker

Open Access•Xingxing Liu, Xueyun Duan et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2021

  • Risk Response for Municipal Solid Waste Crisis Using Ontology-Based Reasoning

Open Access•Qing Yang, Chen Zuo et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of…•2020

Many cities in the world are besieged by municipal solid waste (MSW). MSW not only pollutes the ecological environment but can even induce a series of public safety crises. Risk response for MSW needs novel changes. This paper innovatively adopts the ideas and methods of semantic web ontology to build an ontology-based reasoning system for MSW risk response. Through the integration of crisis information and case resources in the field of MSW, com…

  • Millennial-scale summer monsoon oscillations over the last 260 ka revealed by high-resolution elemental results of the Mangshan loess-palaeosol sequence from the southeastern Chinese Loess Plateau

Open Access•Yang Wang, Fei Guo et al.•ARTICLE•Quaternary International•2020

  • The Chinese medicinal herb decoction QRZSLXF enhances anti-inflammatory effect in TNBS-induced colitis via balancing Th17/Tregs differentiation

Open Access•Man Zhang, Heng Fan et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2020

  • Evaluating the Efficiency of Municipal Solid Waste Management in China

Open Access•Qing Yang, Lingmei Fu et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of…•2018

Poor public health is always associated with the mismanagement of municipal solid waste (MSW). Many cities are besieged by MSW in the world. It is essential to do a good job in MSW management (MSWM). In order to improve the efficiency of MSWM, the Chinese government has intensively implemented relevant policies. There are still few studies on MSWM efficiency in China. The research aims to comprehensively analyze MSWM efficiency, find high-efficie…

  • Late Quaternary aeolian activity in Gonghe Basin, northeastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, China

Open Access•Mingrui Qiang, Fahu Chen et al.•ARTICLE•Quaternary Research•2013

Aeolian deposits at four sites in the Gonghe Basin were used to reconstruct the history of aeolian activity over the late Quaternary. These deposits include well-sorted aeolian sand, paleosols and/or loess. Aeolian sand represents dune-field expansion and/or dune buildup, whereas paleosols indicate stabilization of dunes, accompanying ameliorated vegetation cover. On the basis of 25 dates by optically stimulated luminescence (OSL), it appears tha…
