Covid-19 vaccination uptake and risk of severe Covid-19 disease among those in, and released from, prison care in Scotland: A national cohort and case-control study
Our findings highlight the important role of prisons in facilitating rapid high coverage of vaccination, involving accelerated schedules where appropriate, to help mitigate the raised risk of severe disease outcomes among both those incarcerated and released into the community

In 1542, Henry VIII authorised the first of a series of debasements of the English silver coinage which would collectively come to be known as the ‘great debasement’ of the mid-sixteenth century. The debasement was accompanied by a period of inflation and political change, and for contemporary observers these phenomena were inextricably linked. Utopia and Civic Politics in Mid-Sixteenth-Century London
During the seven years of Edward VI's reign, a variety of ideas about how best to reform the religious, economic, political, and social structures of the English commonwealth were devised, debated, and enacted. Rejected Bullies or Popular Leaders? The Social Relations of Aggressive Subtypes of Rural African American Early Adolescents
Teacher assessments of interpersonal characteristics were used to identify subtypes of rural African American early adolescents (161 boys and 258 girls). Teacher ratings of interpersonal characteristics were used to identify popular and unpopular aggressive subtypes for both boys and girls. Unpopular aggressive youths did not have elevated levels of rejected sociometric status but were more likely to have lower levels of peer-perceived social pro…
PhillIs Beach: An Artifact Analysis and Comparative Study
This paper reports the revival of a hundred year old site collection and the re-analysis of its contents. The main objectives of the study are to provide an illustration and description of the artifacts. Comparisons to other Maritime province shell midden assemblages are made in order to update the archaeological interpretation of the site. Phil's Beach is found to reflect cultural continuity as expressed in Northeastern, Atlantic coast, midden c…
