    In this essay, I explore psychosis, pain, and time from a personal standpoint. I do not do a study, nor even review the literature. Rather, I reflect on my own experiences. As someone who has experienced psychosis, pain, and the passage of time, I can indeed speak from personal experience. Of course, I am an “n” of only one and others may have different experiences.   • Involuntary outpatient commitment

    This article offers a novel approach to outpatient commitment (OPC). After distinguishing 4 varieties of OPC, the article shows how 3 are easy to justify, whereas "preventive outpatient commitment" (POC) requires more careful scrutiny.
