Cultic Complex of the Bronze Age in the Northern Baraba Region
The article presents new evidence of the Bronze Age, which was obtained from the excavations of a cultic complex of the Early–Advanced Bronze Age (early to mid third millennium BC) at the Karier Tai-1 settlement in the Baraba forest-steppe in the field season of 2025. In 2019, a team of scholars did a geophysical monitoring of a part of the left bank of the Tai locality in Novosibirsk Region. The largest necropolis of the Andronovo (Fedorovo) culture was explored at the Tartas-1 site which is located in the Ob-Irtysh interfluve. The sacred space in large part of the burials was framed by different architectural structures separating the burial from other grave structures. This article presents the evidence from the multi-layered Nizhnyaya Tunusua-1 site (Muromtsevo District, Omsk Region, Russia). Two multicultural and multitemporal structures were identified during the excavations. The upper horizon contained a semi-dugout inserted into the cultural layer of the Early Bronze Age settlement. The article presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of iron ore fragments found during the explorations of mound no. 51 of the Ust-Tartas site (Vengerovsky distric, Novosibirsk region). Purpose . The article is devoted to the use-ware study of the accompanying inventory from the unique “foundryman’s burial” burial no. 282 of the Sopka-2 burial ground. We descriЬe a feature revealed at Tartas-1-a suЬrectangular pit No. 147, on the Ьottom of which a Ьivalve ceramic mold was found. A detailed description of the archaeological context and of the mold’s technical properties is provided. It was destined for casting a socketed bronze chisel-celt. This article presents a ceramic casting mold for producing socketed bronze axe, found in the burial of the Late Krotovo (Cherno-Ozerye) caster at the Sopka-2/5 burial ground located in the Baraba forest-steppe. The mold included the fragments of two halves, aligned along the dividing line. A part of working chamber with cavities for fastening the core has survived. We describe smelting furnaces found in southwestern Siberia, at the Tartas-1 ritual site, representing the eastern variant of the Pakhomovskaya culture. Periodization of bronze age cultures in the ob–irtysh forest-steppe
The paper presents archaeological materials recovered from the Tartas-1 burial ground in 2010. The limited area of Tartas-1 contains burials, the stratigraphic position of which makes it possible to establish a periodization of Early and Middle Bronze Age cultures in the Baraba forest-steppe. The paper describes burials attributed to the Ust-Tartas, Odino, Krotovo, and Late Krotovo cultures

Statistical Analysis of Spatial Distribution of Ceramics from Late Bronze Age/Early Iron Age Sites in Southwestern Siberia
Results of the statistical analysis of spatial distribution of ceramics at Chicha-1, Zavialovo-5, and Linevo-1 indicate ethnic heterogeneity and the presence of native and immigrant ceramic traditions within separate sites and even within single dwellings. The arrangement of pottery inside residence structures follows certain regularities. All residents, however, were apparently involved in the same manufacture
