Flexibilização do Trabalho e Mobilidade Geográfica nas Forças Armadas
O texto apresenta resultados de uma pesquisa sobre as perceções de um grupo de trabalhadores que integram um segmento periférico das Forças Armadas portuguesas, contratados a termo e em situação de mobilidade geográfica mensal. Procurou conhecer os impactos destes tipos de flexibilidade nas forças armadas sobre as suas expetativas e estratégias profissionais e pessoais. From an Estuary to a Freshwater Lake
A sediment core was studied to characterize the influences of Holocene sea-level variations in the Barra Seca River valley, in the Atlantic rainforest, Linhares, Espírito Santo, southeastern Brazil. Analysis of biological proxies in lake sediment and geochemical analysis of soil profiles reveal natural vegetation dynamics, with climate inferences, since the late Pleistocene in a fragment of the pristine lowland Atlantic Forest of southeastern Brazil. A geochemical and lead isotopic record from a small pond in a remote equatorial island, Fernando de Noronha, Brazil
A 72 cm long core was collected from Lagoa da Viração (LV), a small pond in the Fernando de Noronha island, northern Brazil. Sediments from the lower section of the core (20—72 cm depth) contain essentially mineral matter, while in the upper section (0—20 cm depth) mineral matter is mixed with organic matter.
