Why and how do workplaces invest in mental health and wellbeing? A systematic review and process tracing study
Continued Policy Drift on the Funding of Adult Social Care in England
In 2021 the UK Government announced charging reforms relating to adult social care in England. The reforms would have ended a prolonged period of policy drift but were postponed in 2022 and cancelled in 2024. The study findings, taken alongside relevant literature, have generated evidence to support the notion that future well-becoming is important to current wellbeing. We have drawn on our own work in capability wellbeing measure development to demonstrate how we have incorporated a well-becoming attribute into our measures.
