Nurturing Black Joy
In this perspective article, the authors discuss their experience of nurturing Black Joy by teaching at an HBCU during the current climate of anti-DEI. The authors began by sharing how they were inspired to attend an HBCU and these early experiences helped to shape their current approaches as HBCU faculty.
