    The idea of a model of negotiation is presented and used to analyze teacher-teacher interactions in team teaching situations. The purpose of this analysis is to generate testable hypotheses concerning the processes of negotiation involved in these situations. The expressions of disagreement and ambiguity in negotiating, the stages and strategies of negotiations, and the outcome of these processes are all derived from field research
