Accountability regimes in federal‐provincial Labour Market Agreements 1995‐2015
Workforce development policy in Canada has undergone extensive reforms in the past two decades, often driven by intergovernmental pressures. This article assesses the performance of C anada's employment policy governance regime post‐1996 by explicitly comparing C anadian approaches to those used in the E uropean U nion ( EU ) through the open method of coordination ( OMC ).
