Digital Divide Among Adults Under Community Supervision
This study examines the digital divide (i.e. access to and use of information and communication technology) (ICT) among adults under community supervision (ACS). We address the digital divide given ICT’s role in shaping post-release socioeconomic status, health, and compliance with court conditions. We surveyed 306 ACS in Southern California.
