Parents of Mentally Retarded Children
This study was designed to assess the personality characteristics and psychological problems of parents of mentally retarded children. This study was designed to investigate the relationship between critical flicker fusion (CFF) thresholds and five personality characteristics namely, alienation, social nonconformity, discomfort, expression, and defensiveness under three auditory stimulus conditions, such as quiet, noise, and meaningful verbal stimuli. This study investigated the relationship between achievement motivation and academic performance of 67 college students in Zambia. Achievement motivation was measured by applying a modified version of Lynn's achievement motivation questionnaire and academic performance was measured by averaging the grades of term examinations.
