Cross‐sectional data were obtained from 748 middle and high school students from a large public school district in the Southeastern United States. A Meta‐Analytic Review of Personality and Teacher–Student Relationships
OBJECTIVE: This meta-analysis provides the first comprehensive synthesis of associations between student and teacher personality traits and the quality of teacher-student relationships. METHOD: Fifty-five studies met the eligibility criteria, contributing a total of 238 effect sizes.
