A non-formal participatory programme for the family and the pre-school child
This article presents an educational programme designed for poor families and their children aged 0 to 6 years old which developed from 1972 to 1990 as demand evolved in Chile. In particular, the aim of the project gradually changed from the preparation of children for entrance into primary school to focus on the young child and the parent-child relationship.
