Deciphering the effective components of a TCM formula for atherosclerosis by three-dimensional pattern recognition of exogenous components correlated with endogenous metabolites
Three-dimensional pattern recognition of exogenous components correlated with endogenous metabolites was proposed and effectively utilized to demystify the effective components of GXB in AS prevention. This strategy also provided a reference for the related studies of other classical TCM formulae
Pharmacokinetics integrated with network pharmacology to clarify effective components and mechanism of Wendan decoction for the intervention of coronary heart disease
Epidemiological Characteristics of Covid-19 and Effective Public Health Interventions in Shenzhen, China
Objectives: This study aims to analyze and summarize the epidemic characteristics of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and the public heath interventions in Shenzhen from 1 January 2022 to 4 April 2022, hoping to provide useful reference for resurgence. Methods Data were extracted from the website of Shenzhen Municipal Health Commission from 1 January 2022 to 4 April 2022. The number of new indigenous patients, imported patients, symptomatic a…
Salvianolic acid A from Danhong Injection induces vasorelaxation by Regulating L-type calcium channel in isolated mouse arteries
Our results indicate that salvianolic acid A is the major vasodilator substance in DHI and the vasorelaxation pharmacology mechanism involved in inhibiting the L-type calcium channel signaling in smooth muscle cell. Hence, there are potential therapeutic effects of taking salvianolic acid A preparation which may be beneficial to protect cardiovascular system and reduce blood pressure
