Childhood trauma and relationship with the parents
Childhood trauma or a lack of a good relationship with one parent is associated with worse metabolic and prolactin profiles in first-episode psychosis patients during the first year of antipsychotic treatment
Metabolic disturbances are risk factors for readmission to psychiatric hospitals in non-smokers but not in smokers
The observed interaction between smoking and metabolic variables are compatible with a ceiling effect; metabolic variables increase the risk of readmission in non-smokers but not in smokers who are already at higher risk. Future studies should determine whether better metabolic monitoring and treatment can reduce readmission risk
Infant exposure to Fluvoxamine through placenta and human milk
These results suggest a minimal exposure to fluvoxamine during lactation which is in accordance with previously published data. Larger clinical and pharmacokinetic studies assessing the long-term safety of this drug during lactation and the variability of its exposure through breastmilk are warranted

We report the onset of opioid use disorder associated with low to moderate doses of loperamide in an intellectual disability patient without previous history of substance use disorder (SUD).
