  • The interventional advantage of interpersonal emotion regulation in vicariously learned fear

    摘要: 人际调节取向的认知重评虽能有效调节直接习得的恐惧, 但对观察学习性恐惧的调节有效性与特点尚不明确。自媒体时代, 观察学习性恐惧的负面影响日益凸显, 亟需探究针对此类恐惧的高效干预方法。本研究结合行为与ERP技术, 以演示者视频诱发观察学习性恐惧, 系统探究人际情绪调节(认知重评)对该类恐惧的干预效果及行为与电生理特征。结果显示:(1)自我和人际调节策略都显著降低了电击视频诱发的威胁感知、电击预期和回避次数, 但人际调节所产生的效应显著大于自我调节(实验1); (2)实验2的行为指标在重复了上述结果之外, 进一步显示人际调节相比自我调节条件下被试的情绪应对困难度更低、回避行为更少; (3)人际调节相比自我调节导致调节阶段更小的LPP波幅, 以及测试阶段更小的P2波幅和P3波幅; (4)相关分析显示在观看与调节阶段, 电击预期与LPP波幅存在显著正相关; 情绪应对困难度与P3波幅呈显著正相关。系列结果提示, 相比自我调节, 基于认知重评的人际情绪调节能更有效地降低个体对观察学习性恐惧…
