  • Adolescent values for childbearing

    A questionnaire based on the authors' previous research was administered to 740 adolescent boys and girls to explore values associated with birth planning. The most important values included the opportunity to establish a close affiliative relationship and the effect of childbearing upon achieving educational and vocational goals. The results suggest that young people have formulated values in this area by the time they reach adolescence and that…

    This paper examines the effects of demographic and ecological variables on the distribution of physicians in greater American metropolises. The physicians considered are those in full-time, nonfederal private practice in 1966.     Research findings suggest that campers and managers subscribe to similar goals associated with camping, but they disagree about the types of activities appropriate to attaining those goals.
