Policies that target the packaging, appearance, and marketing of e-cigarettes appear much more popular among vapers than those targeting price or the types of devices and flavours that can be sold. Vapers emphasised the need to balance policy interventions that make e-cigarettes less appealing to young people but do not deter people from using them as an alternative to smoking
