A graduate of the University of Winnipeg, Canada, with an M.A. in History from Laval University in Quebec, Mr. Ginter's department studies management policies and develops recommendations for the President of the Treasury Board and the Cabinet. Earlier, he was a senior adviser in the International Cooperation Branch of Transport Canada, and a senior policy advisor in the Senior Leaders’ Program for Organizational Leadership and Innovation of the Canada School of Public Service.
