This paper discusses some aspects brought by the Territorial Development Policy Rural MDA, specifically the College Territorial (Codeter) Planning in the High Hinterland Sergipe. The structure of work in the first section, reported to the vision of more territory by presenting an integrated approach to the idea of development and its consequences.
