This paper shows how an open-ended nonlinear dialectic process can be depicted as a self-linearizing form which reveals transition structures as nodal points of self-reflection. Hence, unlike any kind of symbolized logic yet exhibited, the ‘matrix’ logic outlined does not deal with any identity or term whatsoever. Instead a nondeterminate field ‘e’ is symbolized which initiates a dialogue between what is experienced (e) and the reflection of that experience (R) as occurring within the experience as its very dynamic of existence. Hence, while distinct, any level of discussion is inseparable from a meta-level language description. The process of reflection constitutes the substance of experience as a dynamic process in which nothing is in transition, for everything is transition itself. Within the process of reflection, levels or trans-forms of transition appear in matrix form
