Terrorism Task Force'. A presentation given the following year by Transport for London's then head of crime prevention, John Strutton describes UE as a developing "threat", likening images and accounts of trespass to 'readymade 'hostile reconnaissance' documents', and alluding to 'links with domestic extremist groups'. He also mentions that SO15, the Metropolitan Police Counter Terrorism Command, 'consider UrbEx a genuine risk'.
