Aspects of labor migration in developing countries are examined using the approach developed by J. R. Harris and M. P. Todaro. In particular the author attempts to model the process of labor turnover between the urban unemployed and urban firms and between the rural sector and the urban unemployed. The model includes a dynamic system of wage rates and urban unemployment rates. (ANNOTATION)
