KAREN KURCZYNSKI teaches art history and critical theory at Northeastern University and Massachusetts College of Art in Boston. She is currently writing a monograph entitled “The Avant-Garde Won't Give Up: The Art and Politics of Asger Jorn,” based on her dissertation at New York University, as well as co-curating a centennial exhibition on Asger Jorn's artistic dialogues for the Museum Jorn in Denmark in 2014.
